What We Play

The Misfit Toys were raised in the 80's and 90's when Pop and Glam gave way to Grunge: when Alternative Rock was really mainstream and bands from Seattle and beyond were still played on MTV and headlining Lallapalooza.  Hair bands and synthesizers were replaced by flanel shirts and mosh pits.

But these scenes didn't exist in a vacuum, and many of the bands that filled the airwaves of the 80's and 90's pushed through Y2K with us.  The Misfit Toys brings hits from the Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins as well as favorites from Simple Minds, Third Eye Blind, Neil Young and little Ozzy.
